Cameron Purdy is an 11x developer, co-creator of the Ecstasy programming language, and co-author of Oracle Coherence. Cameron is co-founder and CEO of xqiz.it. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Tangosol, acquired by Oracle, where he was the Senior Vice President for enterprise Java, WebLogic, Coherence, Traffic Director, and Exalogic products. Cameron is a contributor to the Java Language and Virtual Machine specifications, author of the Portable Object Format (POF) specification, and author of a plethora of patents on distributed computing and data management.
