Isha has over ten years’ experience in the software industry, with a background in development and currently hold a position as Lead QA for an online digital healthcare provider Push Doctor.

Prior to that experience, Isha worked in the UK’s largest fashion retailer ASOS as Senior QA. She has experience across these organisations building QA teams from scratch, establishing processes like shifting left, automation, CI pipelines, acceptance, test and behaviour driven development. And recently integration of such processes in a Squad Framework as used by Spotify.
