Katherine Kirk is a highly experienced, independent consultant who specialises in tough scenarios, focussing primarily on generating transformative resilience in leaders, change agents, teams.
Katherine's key area of expertise lies in empowering individuals and groups that are facing super-challenging situations to find practical, useful solutions to complex, ambiguous, on-the-ground issues (e.g non-standard edge-cases and cultural difficulties between hierarchical management and Agile/Lean teams).
After gaining a first class BSc (Hons) in computing she completed post graduate studies in software engineering at University of Oxford and currently enjoys being an active participant of a community of practitioners in Europe who explore and challenge the status quo through experimenting and collaborating.
