Michael is a JavaScript and NoSQL enthusiast.In his spare time he is organising colognejs, the JavaScript user group in Cologne Germany scheduled every second month. In his professional life Michael holds a master degree in Computer Science. During his studies he was a student assistant at the chair of Information Systems & Databases and worked a lot with SQL databases and hit the limits of these technologies. With his master's thesis he came in contact with NoSQL for the first time and is now very enthusiastic about it. As Front End and Graph Specialist he is member of the ArangoDB core team, developing the web frontend, graph visualisation and graph database features for this project.
