Naina Oliver is an ILM Level 7 accredited Executive Coach and has completed the ICF accredited Organisational, Relationship and Systems Coach Series -ORSC™ CRR Global.
Working with teams and individuals, Naina draws on her background in psychology, communications and business. Her career began in journalism and broadcasting. It entailed, travelling the world, interviewing politicians, heads of government, A-list celebrities and managing teams. Naina has 20 years of international experience working in print, radio and TV with the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky TV.
This experience, underpins her confidence as a challenging, personable and intuitive international trainer and coach. After 20 years in journalism, a career shift ensued, and as Managing Director of a recruitment business, Naina came to understand the challenges facing her clients in the media industry and the complexities of running a company. Becoming a coach was a natural progression and developing people and their teams has become a passion.
Naina’s ethos around coaching is based on the premise that understanding how to lead takes courage and commitment but is, first and foremost, based on an understanding of self and others. Committed to developing future thinking in the field of personal development Naina is a Head Coach and a key member of a pioneering project coaching prisoners.
Her team coaching style is highly experiential, engaging, energising and fun. You will also find her treading the boards at her local theatre from time to time.
