Richard McAllister has over 18 years experience in organisational change, software delivery and scaling agility.  Having worked with companies such as Virgin, Barclays, Morgan Stanley in the UK Richard moved to Perth to support Bankwest with their agile transformation. As the Agile Practice Lead, Richard provided influential support across the CBA group to mobilise and accelerate their agile transformation journey.

He is the Managing Director of Scalabl, operating with Executives and General Managers to bring fresh and energetic approaches to solving complex business problems.  The main organiser of Agile Perth meetups with over 2,300 members (one of the largest agile meetups in Australia) and the founder of Flow Perth (an organisation that host unique events in the technology, marketing & product community to bring skilled volunteers and charities together), Richard is an influential member of the agile community.
