This group is best for people:

  • That are new to C++

  • Coming from another development language

  • Are C++ developers who want to learn a new part of the language

Come and join us.

For next few sessions we will need QT, please download it before our class to save time

Linux - Please install from your distribution

MacOS - Please install via homebrew

Windows - Please download from this link

Please select Open Source version. If you can't locate it QT on Linux or MacOS please follow Windows link

Note:

To ease the process, we're going to be using a Linux VM for future development.

Please go to the following link and grab the 4 files (if you can't, we'll provide a USB stick on-site):

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1z_2lDcnrWVPCY4IEfHOMsMiq5WKHwh0H

In order to run the VM, you'll need either VirtualBox or VMWare Player (VMWare Workstation/Fusion also works if you've bought it)

Once you've imported it, you'll have a fully functional development environment for the workshop.

Thanks to our sponsors
