Sneak peek: The European banking Group system was operational within 2 weeks after the concept was finalized and it was designed to provide the Bank’s internal users a more flexible self-served computing services with an open source based cloud that is auto-rebalanced, auto-optimized, that can span the Bank’s multiple data centers, and engineered for reliability.
Kenneth Tan has been in the large scale systems sector for 18+ years. At Sardina Systems, Kenneth leads the product development team responsible for building OpenStack automation software, to optimize OpenStack cloud operations. He was previously with CloudFabriQ, BNP Paribas, OptimaNumerics, in product development and business development roles, involving products and services sold to major data center operators in automotive,energy, defense, meteo, finance. He has led teams in UK, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Germany.
