Agile is nearly twenty years old; and it’s been quite a ride. Those years have seen thousands of Agile transformations and Tens of thousands of Scrum certifications. We’ve seen alternatives and variations like Kanban and Lean. We’ve gone large, we’ve gone scaled, we’ve gone SAFE, we’ve gone modern. We’ve covered so much ground in fact, that I have a question:
Does anybody remember Agile?
So maybe it’s time we took a bit of a breather and went back through the practices, the disciplines, the principles and values that started us on this crazy path we’ve been on.
