Jon leads Business Agility in Deloitte UK, helping clients deliver the outcomes Better Value Sooner Safer Happier through an emphasis on flow and the application of principles over practices and tools.

Having begun as a developer in highly-regulated environments, Jon now has over 25 years’ experience helping teams develop agility in contexts of change, work and scaling-up. Jon previously led Ways of Working globally across Barclays Group, where after three years teams tripled their productivity, reduced incidents in production by 23 times and returned the highest ever employee engagement scores.

Jon is the founder of the Enterprise Agility Leaders Network, a member of the Disciplined Agile Advisory Council, Business Agility Institute Advisory Council and Programming Committee for the DevOps Enterprise Summit, a guest speaker at London Business School and at six to seven conferences each year.
