Meet up

Happier deployments through gradual feature rollout

Monday, 9th July at Skills Matter, London

This meetup is run by LRUG: London Ruby User Group. Starts at 6:30 PM.

This July for LRUG we have two talks! Sam Phillips is going to tell us all about feature switching, and J. Pablo Fernádez is going to show us what ruby can’t do.

Happier deployments through gradual feature rollout

In this talk, Sam Phillips covers experiences of products and projects of varying sizes, talks about different solutions for different environments and, just to be fair, includes the humiliating (character-building) mistakes he's made along the way.

What Ruby can’t do

In this talk, J. Pablo Fernández show us what ruby can’t do and explores those aspects because it’ll open our minds to think differently but most important, because it’s fun!

J. Pablo Fernández

Pablo is a second generation programmer that started coding at the age of 7. Since then he coded in many different languages, frameworks and operating systems. He created and continues to create open source libraries and programs. He was a contributor to the KDE project.
