Meet up

Unit Testing and automated build processes for Titanium

Tuesday, 4th March at Skills Matter, London

This meetup was organised by London Titanium in March 2014

Want to learn how to quickly write and run unit tests utilising the power of Node.js? Or take a look into First Utility’s implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery? Join London Titanium for this month's meetup which will cover unit testing and automated build processes for Titanium.

CI / CD with Appcelerato

Featuring Stash, Jenkins, Jira & Jasmine

A look into First Utility’s implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, which has enabled us to produce a fully unit-tested, peer reviewed, application which builds in a matter of minutes.

Chris Gedrim

Application/Web developer, currently working for First Utility as a PHP developer.

Unit Testing Titanium Apps with jasmine-node

Learn how to quickly write and run unit tests utilising the power of Node.js and the beauty of Jasmine without booting up a single emulator. Unit testing doesn't have to be confined to server side development nor does it have to be difficult. I'll show how to write more testable code and how to ensure unit testing doesn't become an unnecessary overhead for your development team.

Louis Quaintance

I've been working as a Software Engineer for around 7 years specialising in J2EE, Grails, JavaScript and more recently Titanium. My career highlight to date has to be working on the BBC Weather and Travel applications and when I have a free moment I enjoy learning more about node.js, native android applications, REST and anything Agile.
