Building Neo4j backed web applications

Wednesday, 25th June in London

This meetup was organised by Neo4J User Group in June 2014

Do you want to build Neo4j graph backed web applications? Then this month join the Neo4j user group with talks from Structr's Axel Morgner and Neo Technology's Mark Needham.

Building Neo4j backed web applications

Axel will show you how to get a Neo4j backed web application up and running using Structr in just 30 minutes.

He will create the data model for the app by importing Cypher statements from a GraphGist example, and after importing an HTML page template, he will create a dynamic page by applying data binding to page elements.

Finally, Axel will show some new features like schema methods for business logic and how to synchronise data between Structr instances.

Analysing London's NoSQL meetups using Clojure, Neocons & Luminus

Do you want to learn how to build Clojure and Neo4j backed web applications? Then join Mark Needham to explore how to analyse London's NoSQL meetups using the excellent Neocons and Luminus libraries.

We'll look at how to download data from the API, model it in a graph and import it into Neo4j before moving on to some cypher queries we can write to discover interesting insights into the meetup crowd!

Mark Needham

Mark Needham is a graph advocate and Developer Relations Engineer at Neo4j.
