This meetup is run by LondonTechLadies. Starts at 6:30 PM.

Negotiation Skills & How Our Relationship With Money Holds Us Back

Are you interested in learning how to ask for that pay rise or to get those work benefits? Michelle Gyimah joins LondonTechLadies in this month's session to tell us how!

Have you ever wondered why you find negotiating at work so hard? Have you always thought it's about confidence? If you just got confident you'd be able to get that pay rise or those work benefits you want. Well that is some of it, but not all of it. In this session were going to cover how the way you feel, view and act around money is one of the biggest influencers on how you speak up for yourself at work.

Michelle Gyimah

I’m Michelle Gyimah, a money empowerment educator who has for the past 5 years been on a personal (and sometimes painful!) exploratory journey around women and money. In that time, I’ve left a very secure (and well paid) job, had a baby, started a business, worked in a job way beneath my skillset and faced up to my debt and changed my business direction completely.
