Business analysis skills are critical in helping organizations to achieve their business goals. Find out how to facilitate appropriate, cost-effective solutions to business problems with Dot Tudor at this month's Scrum Event!
Business analysis skills are critical in helping organizations to achieve their business goals. They link business change efforts with the real reasons for the change. They keep focus on the reasons for change and the benefits needed to justify the expenditure. The responsibility for maintaining alignment of development work with organisational vision and direction falls to the Product Owner. By understanding the organization’s needs, they can facilitate appropriate, cost-effective solutions to business problems.
In this interactive evening session, we will explore a few of the Agile Business Analysis techniques to help the Product Owner. By the end of the evening you will have explored the Product Vision, created a Lean Canvas and built a Product Box for it all to be delivered in!
