Joakim Sundén is a consultant with Crisp, helping leaders and organisations to improve the world of work. Between 2011 and 2017 he was an agile coach at Spotify, the world's biggest music streaming service, where he worked with different leadership/management teams and dozens of delivery teams in Stockholm, San Francisco, New York and Boston.
