Becoming Confident with the Unexpected

4th February 2019 in London at CodeNode

This SkillsCast was filmed at Becoming Confident with the Unexpected

Fear in public speaking is mostly based on dealing with the unexpected, the unknown side aspects of a talk. You may forget what to say, or you might get interrupted with an awkward question while everybody is stares at you.

The aim of this session lead by Michael R. Lorek is to become more confident with the unexpected during a presentation, whatsoever. Through a variety of exercises you will feel slightly challenged and for sure a few minutes later laugh about it for good as you realise when ever we are taken out of our comfort zone, that’s the moment we grow and solidify our public speaking ability.

This session is not just for the beginner but for everybody who wants to develop more flexibility and confidence in a safe environment of the like minded. Public speaking is not what you can learn during a course but an ongoing process of honest feedback and improvement.

Practice is king!
