The proliferation of voice assistants adds an exciting new dimension of design to brand experiences. In this UX Playground talk, Hemal Gill and Chakib Labidi will present a snapshot of the current voice landscape, by expanding on their work shared at Voice Summit 2018, in London.
They will give context to this growing technology by sharing both their own research of the honest, real-life experiences of Alexa users in London and the design implications for elevating the current voice assistant experience.
The evening will end with an open discussion that will encourage participants to expand their thinking and awareness of voice design by looking at its impact across marketing, design and customer services.
By the end of the event you will be able to:
Identify the top leading use cases
Highlight the current learning journey for Alexa users
Articulate a strategic approach to voice design
Utilise use led insights to experiment with your own design approach
