Lean and Kanban makes problems that impede an organisation visible. To improve, we need to do more that see a problem, we need to reflect about root causes and consider what's really slowing us down and what we can do to avoid this happening. Lean has the concept of "Kaizen" building a continuous improvement culture. So how do we implement that? Many teams using Kanban hold Retrospectives.
