Cutting-edge reactive applications are a great fit for the enterprise landscape. Jan will walk you though a large distributed actor system, outlining the key design choices, explaining not only their technical consequences, but also the change of thinking required to successfully design and implement distributed, event-driven, resilient, responsive and scalable system.
Jan will show code examples in Scala and Akka only to demonstrate the key principles. Alongside the code, Jan will explore the required shift in thinking that is required to grasp the challenges of distributed reactive systems.
