A SkillsCast for this session is not available.
In this fun hands on session you'll learn how to build your own compiler with F#. We'll start with an AST and parser and then build out the back-end to compile to either .Net IL code or JavaScript if you prefer. By the end of the session you'll be able to join the ranks of compiler writers(!), and the tools and techniques you learn will be applicable to a wide range of production external DSL scenarios. Some prior experience with F# will be advantageous but not essential.
