Andy will showcase his miniature IoT Cottage which won the Element 14 Enchanted Objects Design Challenge last year. Andy turned the miniature cottage into an Arduino Yun-based "smart home", complete with real-time weather reports, colour-changing LED lights and thermometer with temperature display.

Miniature IoT-enabled cottage (winning project Design Challenge Element14)
After an apprenticeship at Dowty Aerospace, Andy completed an electronics degree at Imperial college and got a job in IT. For the last 6 years he has been making and repairing in a shed at the bottom of the garden. Last year Andy got the top place in the Element14 Enchanted Objects Design Challenge and won a trip to the New York Makers Faire.
